We were several families there, the waitress forgot to order our food and couldn't order any more, they had no more meat for schnitzel, then we ordered a portion of french fries for our son if the order was forgotten and the 1 small portion of french fries Took more than 30 minutes with very few people in the restaurant.

Have been here several times! You sit wonderfully and quietly right on the water! Service very courteous and attentive! Schnitzel was ok. but the meat quality used to be much better! We found a very badly smoking smoker very negative! When the wind turned, normal breathing was difficult! With the acrid smoke, the food was not so enjoyable! With very hot temperatures, you suddenly only had unrefrigerated Altbier! Our "favorite dish" fried potato pan with fried egg was no longer offered! Under the circumstances we won't stop here again! ?

If you want to stop in the picturesque Wupoertal district of Beyenburg directly at the reservoir, you are in good hands here. The menu consists of traditional German cuisine, from small snacks to a full meal, there is everything. The homemade cake is also highly recommended. Word of the advantages gets around, so that the boathouse is so well attended that you occasionally even have to wait for a free space.

Very idyllic restaurant on the Beyenburger reservoir. We discovered it by accident while walking. From the terrace we had a great view, was like vacation feeling. We enjoyed the cake and the sweet tarte flambee. :-) The waitresses were friendly but worked at a comfortable pace. That seemed to bother some guests, it rather slowed us down. ;-) The hygiene rules are strictly observed here. It is ensured that the visitors disinfect themselves and keep their distance. Tables and menus are also disinfected after each use.

Limited drinks and no local ones. Prices are above the moderate. Tiny food menu. Couldn't have what you want from menu always. Very nice outside seats and large public view.
